In the textile world, especially, in textile wet processing : preparation, dyeing & printing and finishing are under pressure from future implication, for example global trends to reduce their consumption of water and energy, present measures by textile industry which forces the manufacturer to reduce of heat energy consumption and fresh water consumption and new processes-break through techniques. On the other hand the textile wet processor is under the challenge to increase their productivity and efficiency to achieve the highest level of right first time. With the highest level of highest level of right first time, it will help the manufacturer reduce their operating cost, either S/kg or S/m.
